• Chargebacks: Chargebacks incurred on transactions will be transferred to the food partners.
• Disputes: Payment disputes will be addressed in accordance with the terms specified in the partner agreement.

• Accuracy: Partners are accountable for ensuring that menu listings and prices are accurate and current.
• Compliance: Partners must adhere to all pricing transparency and accuracy requirements.

4. Order Fulfillment

5. Marketing and Promotions
